Do you only work with businesses in Cork?+
No. I am based in Cork but most of my clients are spread across Ireland. Day-to-day work happens remotely, with in-person meetings when it helps.
What size of business do you typically work with?+
Owner-led businesses, usually somewhere between €200k and €5m in revenue. Small enough that decisions get made quickly, big enough that the work matters.
Do you work on contracts or month-to-month?+
Month-to-month, with a one-month notice period. The work should justify itself.
