Looking for an email marketing agency in Ireland?
Work directly with an independent consultant in Cork on email that has a clear job: helping a new subscriber understand your business, bringing a customer back, or turning an interested enquiry into a useful conversation.
Email with a clear purpose.
Strategy before sending
I start with your audience, offer and buying cycle. We agree what email should achieve and which messages deserve to be sent. That gives the work a direction beyond filling a monthly campaign calendar.
Campaign planning & copy
Product launches, useful updates and relevant offers, planned around your business. I can write the copy or work from your brief, with an agreed approval process so each send is accurate and sounds like you.
Welcome & follow-up
A useful welcome sequence explains what subscribers can expect and helps them take the next step. Follow-up messages should answer genuine questions, with timing that reflects how people actually buy from you.
Segmentation
Different customers need different messages. I help organise relevant groups using the information you can properly use, so recent buyers, prospects and returning customers do not all receive the same promotion.
Account & delivery checks
I review the account setup, sending domain, authentication and list quality. That helps identify avoidable delivery problems. Inbox placement depends on several factors, so I do not promise that every message will reach the inbox.
Reporting that means something
We review clicks, enquiries, orders and the value of the work, alongside unsubscribes and delivery issues. Open rates and platform-attributed revenue need context; the report should help decide what to do next.
One person,
a clear scope.
If you are comparing an email marketing agency with an independent consultant, the difference here is direct contact with the person doing the work. I work with owner-led businesses across Ireland. The plan should fit your list, your capacity and your customers, rather than assume every business needs a large retainer.

01
Review the starting point: your platform, audience, existing messages, permissions and the actions you want people to take.
-
02
Agree the deliverables: initial setup, campaign frequency, copy, design requirements, approvals and reporting, with platform charges identified separately.
-
03
Build and check the journey: sign-up forms, relevant sequences, links, mobile layouts and unsubscribe behaviour before sending.
-
04
Review and improve: learn from results and customer feedback, with accounts and subscriber data remaining under your control.
Common questions.
Do you work with service businesses as well as online shops?+
Yes. A service business may need a useful newsletter or an agreed follow-up sequence, while a shop may need purchase-related automation. For ecommerce flows and Shopify integration, see my Klaviyo email marketing service. The platform and scope should follow the business need.
How much does email marketing support cost?+
I quote against the work involved: account condition, list size, automation complexity, campaign frequency and the copy or design needed. Platform subscriptions are separate from my work unless the proposal explicitly says otherwise. Send me your current setup and I can outline a sensible scope before you commit.
Can you help with consent and list quality?+
I review how subscribers are collected and how opt-outs are handled. Irish electronic marketing rules generally require affirmative consent, with a limited existing-customer exception subject to conditions. The Data Protection Commission explains that exception. An old customer database is not automatically a mailing list; unclear permissions need resolving before a campaign.
Will a small list make the work worthwhile?+
Sometimes. A small group of interested customers can justify a simple setup, but a complicated programme may be unnecessary. I would start with the most useful message and an achievable goal. If your offer or subscriber acquisition needs attention first, that should shape the plan.
How is this different from the Klaviyo service?+
This page covers broader email strategy, campaigns and follow-up for Irish businesses, including service businesses. The Klaviyo page focuses on ecommerce setup, flows and store integration. We can decide which route fits without changing platforms simply for the sake of it.
Can you improve the page an email sends people to?+
Yes, where that is part of the agreed scope. Email needs a destination that carries the same offer and makes the next step easy. I can review that through website redesign services or focused page work. The conversion rate optimisation guide explains the starting checks.
