SEO consultancy · Ireland

Your SEO consultant in Ireland.

Reach customers beyond your immediate area with a search strategy built around what you sell and how people choose it. I work directly with Irish businesses on technical priorities, useful content and a clear plan for improving organic visibility.

What's included

Search engine optimisation in Ireland, done properly.

Business-led research

I start with your products or services, target customers and ability to fulfil demand across Ireland. We identify relevant searches and the intent behind them, rather than building a plan around a large keyword list with no clear commercial role.

Website assessment

The existing site sets the starting point. I review important page types, indexability, structure and available performance data. Findings are prioritised by evidence and likely usefulness, with implementation responsibilities made clear.

National page strategy

A business selling nationwide needs pages that explain its offer for that audience. I map related searches to useful service, product or category pages, with a clear distinction between national information and genuine location-specific needs.

Content direction

I plan content that helps customers understand the offer and make a decision. The scope identifies whether I am advising, improving existing pages or producing new content, along with the facts and approvals needed from your business.

Implementation coordination

Advice is only useful when someone can act on it. I can work directly on agreed website changes or coordinate with your developer, with clear priorities, ownership and verification rather than a report nobody has time to implement.

Reporting & review

We review relevant search visibility, page performance and the outcomes you can measure. Reporting explains the work completed and the next priorities, with context for seasonality, traffic quality and changes elsewhere in the business.

Working together

Considering an SEO company?
Work directly with me.

I am an independent digital marketing consultant based in Cork, working with owner-led businesses across Ireland. You speak to the person doing the work. If you are comparing an SEO company with a consultant, the useful questions are who will implement the plan, how the scope is defined and how progress will be explained.

  • 01

Agree the opportunity: the audience, national service or delivery coverage, priority offers and what useful organic growth would mean for the business.

  • 02

Build the plan: research and technical findings become a manageable order of work, with responsibilities and external costs identified.

  • 03

Deliver the agreed work: improve relevant pages and foundations, keeping a record of changes and checking the result of implementation.

  • 04

Review the evidence: use search and business data to decide the next priority, rather than treating rankings for every keyword as equally valuable.

Questions

Common questions.

Who is this national SEO service for?+

It suits businesses that can serve customers across Ireland and need a broader organic strategy: for example, a national service provider or a Shopify store delivering nationwide. The work follows the offer and website. If customers mainly need a nearby business, local SEO services may be the better starting point.

Do you still provide SEO in Cork?+

Yes. I am based in Cork, and the existing SEO Cork page covers that service and published results. This page focuses on national consultancy and search planning. We choose the scope around your customers rather than ask you to buy overlapping packages.

Should I hire an SEO consultant or an SEO company?+

Choose the arrangement that fits the work and the support you need. A larger team can offer different capacity; an independent consultant offers direct contact. Ask who researches, writes, implements and reports, and check relevant experience. Google's hiring guidance offers useful questions for either route.

What does search engine optimisation cost?+

My existing SEO service lists retainers from €500 per month. A national campaign needs its own assessment of scope, competition, site condition and content requirements. Read SEO rates and pricing for how to compare proposals, and the existing Ireland cost guide for broader budget context.

How long will it take to see results?+

It depends on the starting point and the work involved. Correcting a specific technical fault is different from building visibility in a competitive national market. We agree what will be delivered and when to review the evidence. I do not guarantee a ranking or a fixed amount of revenue.

Can you work with my existing website team?+

Yes. We can agree a consultancy scope with recommendations, implementation priorities and checks for your team. Where I am doing the website work, that is stated in the proposal. An SEO audit can establish the initial plan without assuming every business needs the same retainer.

Do I need a separate page for every SEO keyword?+

No. Closely related searches should usually be answered together when they express the same need. Separate pages should provide a distinct service or useful information, rather than repeat a template for similar searches. Google's doorway abuse policy explains why pages created mainly to funnel similar searches can be a problem.
